We have been working with JS Software since 1999. They have always been extremely efficient and effective. Both in 1999 when we needed to install a new system (Breakpoint front end and JS back end) with minimal notice because of our store burning down and the company we were using were not able to supply a new system on short notice.  Again being extremely efficient and effective when helping us implement the new front end system TPOS, while all the time providing us with stable and reliable software in our back end system. The software that JS provides us with a phenomenal amount of reporting capabilities, and are remaining competitive within the industry by consistently incorporating new concepts that have been beneficial to our usage. The team at JS Software has been incredible to work with. They are very friendly and communicative, they work quickly to resolve any issues that are found, and they are willing to execute special requirements/projects that we request. I would recommend JS Software Back End as well as their T-POS Front End to other companies not only because of the quality of their software, but also for their amazing team and how they treat their customers like family.
